Is it free to be presented by Singulart?
Applying for Singulart and getting your application reviewed by our Admission Committee is completely free.
If accepted, you can choose one of our paid subscription plans, payable monthly or yearly.

Can I still be presented by other galleries?
Absolutely! We believe that artists should have the freedom to sell their work wherever they would like. There is no exclusivity requirement with Singulart, and you will be able to continue working with other galleries.

How do I apply to Singulart?

- Once submitted, our Admissions Committee will review your portfolio.
- If accepted, you can choose the subscription plan that best suits you and access your artist account.

What is the selection process?
The Singulart Admission Committee plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our platform. Composed of art professionals and experts, the committee carefully reviews each artist's application based on factors such as artistic quality, innovation, and potential for success in international markets.
This ensures that the artists joining Singulart represent high standards of quality and professionalism.

Does Singulart accept artists from all countries?
We accept artists from most countries. Due to international regulations and courier restrictions, at this moment we are unable to work with artists living in Cuba, Sudan, Russia, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, or Crimea.

How can I benefit from subscribing to a yearly plan?
By choosing an annual subscription, you will automatically save the equivalent of two months compared to paying monthly, no matter which plan you select. Beyond the price advantage, our data shows that artists who chose a yearly plan tend to have a higher chance of selling by 3. Staying active over a longer period helps you build credibility with collectors and allows visibility to develop more consistently over time.

How can I cancel or change my subscription?
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time from your Artist Space, or by contacting the Artist Care team.
If you decide to cancel within the first 14 days of starting your Subscription, your payment will be fully refunded. After the initial 14 days of your subscription, the following applies:
You can cancel at any time, but unused days or months are not refunded. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew afterward.
- Example for Monthly subscription: If your most recent monthly payment was made on June 1st 2025, and you decide to cancel on June 15th 2025, you'll have access to the services until June 30th 2025.
- Example for Annual subscription: If your most recent annual payment was made on June 1st 2025, and you decide to cancel on November 15th 2025, you'll have access to the services until May 31st 2026.

How to set up my artist profile?
After subscription, you can begin completing your profile with your biography, photos, videos, and artworks. Whenever you need support on this, our Artist Care team is there to help.
Remember the importance of adding additional images and personalized descriptions of your works. Your profile is the space where you shape your artistic identity and present your creative universe to our global audience.

How many artworks can I have online?
With the Silver Plan, you can showcase up to 10 artworks online at the same time on your profile. You can edit and replace them at any time.
With the Gold and Platinum Plan, you will be able to upload and put online an unlimited number of works, allowing collectors to explore a more complete selection of your creations.

What types of artworks and mediums do you accept?
We accept various kinds of artwork and medium:
- Paintings
- Sculptures
- Photographs
- Limited-edition prints
- Digital artworks
- Works on paper or textile
Unfortunately, for now, we cannot accept:
- Works made of glass
- Ceramics
- Jewelry
- Clothing

How does the sales process work?
Our Art Advisors are constantly in contact with our collectors from all over the world to promote your artwork.
When a buyer shows interest, makes an offer, or requests additional information or images, an Art Advisor will reach out to you to help finalize the sale. We never accept offers without your approval.

Who sets the price of my artworks?

How does the discount work?
You can set a discount for each piece directly from the Artist Space.
You can also choose whether to participate in Singulart’s platform-wide promotions.
- If you agree, your artworks will automatically be included whenever Singulart runs a cross-platform discount (such as Black Friday or occasional weekend sales).
- You can also choose to exclude specific artworks from these promotions while still participating overall.
While discounts are always optional, experience shows that they can help undecided art lovers move forward to purchase. If you prefer not to participate, simply keep this option disabled, and no discounts will be applied without your action.

How will Singulart promote my artworks? How does visibility work?
Every month, our website has 1 million visits, with over 35 million artworks viewed, making Singulart one of the most visited online art galleries globally. Over the years, we have built a network of more than 100,000 art collectors who have historically engaged with Singulart, forming a strong foundation for ongoing visibility and sales. We are constantly in touch with these collectors and growing this art lover community.
To support your visibility, we combine this ongoing collector relationship with a carefully managed marketing strategy, using various marketing channels, including web search, social media, email, and more. The marketing investments made by Singulart include paid ads (on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and more), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), partnerships, and press coverage. In addition, our Art Advisor team and powerful algorithm will suggest artworks to buyers with specific preferences.

How does shipping work when I make a sale?
When a sale is made, a Logistics Manager from Singulart will get in touch with you to:
- Explain all the steps for shipping
- Provide packaging instructions
- Help prepare the required documents
- Schedule the timing of picking up the artwork with one of our partnered couriers
- Manage all import/export and insurance costs.
- Monitor the tracking until the artwork is delivered

Who pays for the shipping and packaging?
The client pays for the shipping, while you pay for the packaging, and Singulart takes care of the whole logistics process so you can focus on your creative work.

Do I need to prepare any shipping documents?
Yes, but you will always be guided by Singulart.
You need to prepare a Certificate of Authenticity to confirm that the artwork is an original piece created by you. Singulart will provide the template and instructions for this document.
Besides, export documents may also be required depending on the destination country. When this applies, Singulart will support you by providing the necessary information and guidance.
Your Logistics Manager will explain exactly what is needed in your specific case.

What packaging standard do I need to follow?
Your Logistics Manager from Singulart will guide you on clear packaging instructions based on the size, medium, and fragility of your artwork, to ensure it is protected during shipping.

Can I choose or change the pickup address?
Yes. You can choose the pickup address for your artwork, and you can update it at any time in your Artist Space.

What happens if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
All shipments arranged by Singulart are insured. If an issue occurs during transport, Singulart manages the process and works directly with the courier and insurance partners so you are not left to handle it alone.

How does the return policy work?
At Singulart, we have a free return within 30 days policy for our clients. Our return policy is designed to support sales without negatively impacting you.
- If a return is requested within 14 days after the client confirms delivery:
The artwork will be shipped back to you, and no payment will be issued. Once you receive it back, we will promptly relist the artwork online so it has another opportunity to find a new home. - If a return is requested between the 15th and 30th day:
Your full payment is still guaranteed. Once the initial 14-day period has passed, your sale is guaranteed even if the client changes their mind. In this case, the artwork will be shipped to Singulart’s offices in Paris. Singulart purchases the piece and becomes its formal owner.
Please note that as the owner, Singulart reserves the right to resell the artwork on the platform. Since you have already been paid in full, there is no additional payment if the artwork is resold.

When will I receive my payment?
You will receive payment for the sale 14 business days after the work is received by the client.
Payment will be made through PayPal or bank transfer to the account you indicate in your account.

What commission does Singulart take?
Singulart takes a 50% commission on each completed sale. This includes the services of our Art Advisor team (who liaise with collectors and negotiate offers), our Logistics team (who coordinate shipping, customs, insurance, and documentation), and the operational processes required to ensure a smooth and secure transaction for both artist and client
Please note that VAT might apply to these services depending on the country and your professional status.
